  It is very good for a short stay. Overlooks the Haram. Good variety in breakfast. Mattress was a bit hard. Water was not strong in bathroom.

  Extremely disappointed! Pick some other hotel please!! Tiny, ill planned rooms with barely any space to move around and bathrooms where you can't even stretch your arms or stand up straight for fear of hurting yourself. The lights are off most of the times in the corridors which are cramped as well and we had to manually switch on the water heater. No charging points on either side of the bed and the fridge keeps switching off on its own as well. This hotel is in no way worth 4 stars. It's barely even 3 stars.

  Not much Good place. 4 stars hotel. Rooms are very narrow. Food staffs are all frozen meat and fish. Non are fresh. Deserts are nice

  This hotel is disgusting. The carpets are heavily stained and there's garbage on the floor. There's snot smeared on the wall and everything is dusty. Not to mention, the wifi is horrendous. Would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to enjoy their time

  Great place, close to the Prophet’s Masjid. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom kits given by hotel are on par or in most cases better than their 5 star counterparts. Breakfast was good. I wished that bathrooms have doors to prevent too much water overflowing to other parts of bathroom during a shower.
