  I tried the branch at Red sea mall. Customer service was great and accommodating to my specific order, however, the steak panini was dry and bland. The only thing I could taste was the garlic mayo. The bread was not fresh and had to ask to microwave it after a few minutes thinking it may soften the bread a little. Bad idea. It got even harder and drier. At least I was well informed when I asked if the Red velvet cakes are made with real cream cheese icing, they said they were not. Some places dont know the answer to such simple questions and you end up taking the risk of trying then be greatly disappointed.

  Excellent burgers but panini sandwiches & pizza are very oily. Dine-in section needs renovating.
