  طلبت تشيك محدد مع الصيانة الدورية وكتب بالفاتورة تم التشيك لكن للأسف ما تم التشيك، والفني ما يعرف كيف اساسا، طلبنا المشرف وقام هو بالتشيك ولما طلبت من المشرف يتأكد من شغل الفني رفض وقال تفاهم معاه وتركني ومشى، رحت له مرة وإن شاء الله ما تتكرر Asked for specific check with oil change and PM and it wasn't preformed even though it was listed on the bill as done, it turns out that the technician doesn't know how to do it, then asked the supervisor to do it for him, finally I asked the supervisor to double check the technician work but he refused and told me I have to talk to the technician and left, it was my first and ONLY visit.
