  I called over the phone asking about Grooming Services. I was informed to come in at 4pm and that an appointment was not needed since the grooming was going to be done on a first come first serve service. After a 1 hour trip from Abqaiq I was respectfully told by staff that my dog was too large and they don’t have the equipment available to provide the services. My dog is a friendly Portuguese Water Dog and about 28 kilos. Please make sure when calling in for grooming to provide very specific details of your pet since services can be limited and the receptionist never asked for details. This is the first time my dog has been rejected by a grooming service due to his size.

  I’de like to send great thanks to dr mohmed and the new doctor for gentle handling of my golden retriever (charliy) Nice vet doctors and very organized working place Care about sanitization and cleaning They deal with our dog as a baby child I recommend it for all who care about pets

  They have an excellent doctor there.. I bring my cat for diagnosis. The cat was suffer from dryness,lake of appetite. The friendly doctor handle it perfectly, he has a very good knowledge. Also he is respectable doctor. I depend on that doctor for any case happend for my pets. Thanks
