  It was excellent hospitality, excellent welcome and awesome staff with amazing breakfast service. I will book again for any future visit to Jeddah.

  bad service they only have one guy do all the work and there's no parking space only like for 4 cars or 3 expect that is good so far the ceiling roof of bathroom dripping water👎

  Got an upgrade for 2 bedrooms. Good service. Breakfast is ok but no fresh juice. 1 staff speak good English , it is quite rare to notice.
