  It was a memorable Umrah trip with family, Qasswa representative was waiting at the KAAIA Jeddah to receive us. We driven to Makkah by Honda Odyssey car. the driver was quite & disciplined Check in at Makkah Le Meridian was very fast On the way to Makkah we were contacted by some Qasswa representative and were told to be ready by 10.00 O'clock in the morning on the check out day to leave to Madinah As instructed we were ready at the reception by 9.30am itself but the vehicle never turned up When I contacted Qasswa the guys were unaware of my journey Later after series of phone calls I was told that there is some communication gap and now the driver is coming to pick us Finally the car arrived at 11.0am Well journey to Madinah was very smooth, the driver told us that 1day prior to our leaving madinah we will be contacted by Qasswa representative and they will give us the details of the driver who will pick and drop us to Madinah airport But as usual it never happened Than again after several calls to Qasswa office could get the drivers contact number Who later arrive 1/2hr late Overall experience was good I feel there is a big communication gap among the Qasswa staff Travelers or passenger are not given proper contact details that creates lot of problem Moreover the staff do not communicate in any other language other than Arabic

  Very helpful, with multi-services, they have all reservations in both Makkah and Madinah, transportation and the government papers

  These guys make false promises. Do not book with them. After they get your money they never answer your calls. They are confident liars. Terrible communication and false promises. Please dont waste your money HONESTLY.
