  Arrived there at 5:35 PM, August 3, 2017. I saw a handful of customers inside. There was no form for me to add a beneficiary so I asked the security guard for help, wearing brown uniform and a hat, he was sitting on his chair near the door watching videos from his mobile. Me and 1 hindi guy asked for help. The security guard answered " NO. CLOSED. TABAN. GO!". Then he went inside a door and came back after a minute. I told him the sign on the door says until 7 PM. He answered "No, closed already.". I think he was egyptian, he was waving his hand for me to go out. The hindi guy left already, I stand my ground and waited for the Customer Service to return because they were not there when I arrived. By the time they all came back at around 5:50 PM. I asked one of the CS representative to give me a form. He gave me the paper without saying a word. I needed to add a beneficiary yesterday for me to send money, for EMERGENCY purposes but the security guard refused to help and it was still early to close. Very disappointing.
