  They only provide good service to social media stars. My sister “visiting from Jeddah” got a crown a couple of month ago and found out it’s cracked from the back, she went back when she was visiting again and they promised to have it replaced, good! Not yet, she had an appointment to do fitting and what not but the couldn’t find the crown, they lost it, they looked everywhere, inder the coffee mug on the desk, under the speaker, they couldn’t find it. My sister insisted to have them call the lab to see if it’s there and guess what, it was still sitting in the lab, driver delivered it and whithin 20 minutes it was there, we let that slide. They gave her an appointment to mount the crown the next day and boy is the nightmare ever gonna end, no! The final polished crown isn’t there, are you following, let’s play a little game here and let you guess where it is... hahaha you guessed it right, sitting in the lab. My sister is visiting from Jeddah and had limited time to have this done! Never again unless you’re a social media star!!! Customer Service is ZERO!

  Nice and arranged place help on dental care . Stuff mainly Egyptian and arabic persons gives very nice service

  Customer services were average... didn't see the professionalism..... got appointment for my son tooth ache in 2 weeks and then as expected cancelled with out any reason.....

  Doctors are selective of who they treat and which treatment is required by patient. Handle only high revenue treatments.
