  The good: One of the closest place to Nabawi Mosque Direct to gate 8 The Bad: Room and Bathroom quality really awful The maid not friendly at all Food quality is bad

  1 star for good location. WiFi doesn't work for anyone in the entire building, reception is utterly useless. Cleaners are non existent. Rooms are size of single room but have 4 beds

  Wifi is really slow. The food is really tasty. But they accept 24 Hours. My flight is delayed and they still accept it. The room is clean. At midnight, it is struggle to search this hotel. Very close to Tulip Hotel.

  The hotel is located near the 8th Gate. So near the Nabawi Mosque and so strategic according to our needs. But cleanness is the big issue here, when we checked in, there were no towels, used amenities from the previous guest are still laying around the bathroom, rubbish bin still full. But since our stay here is for pilgrimage purpose, so we kept all this unpleasant service quietly. The taste of the food was not so bad. Plenty and tasteful. The dining area is crowded and always packed during eating time so we always decided to eat at our room instead.
