  A good service hotel. The hotel was a bit far from Masjidil Harom but they provide shuttle bus which every 10 minutes arrived to get you to bus stop near Masjidil Harom. View from my room.

  This is not a five star. Hotel making fools by saying five star. Upto 3 star is ok. Room is very small for 4 bed and bathroom is also very small. Bathing area is less than 2x2 square feet. You will get injured every time when you go to bath by Tap or Soap holder. Toilet commod direction is towards Qibla. Indont know why. Is this muslim law hotel?? I dont think so. Being an indian we never keep feet to west side or qibla side. And this hotel being in Makkah they have constructed toilet commod in qibla direction. Take a serious note if you have not looked at this. Also check the photo of rooms and bathroom. Too much conjusted. No wifi range in rooms.

  Hotel is good. Price is also reasonable but reception staff is too slow. Not only one but all. I reserved room with car parking but when reached hotel I was told no parking place for me. So It's no commitment at all. The bus service for Haram is not very frequent. You have to wait 45 minutes and most of the time It's not sufficient for all waiting passengers. Almost half or more are left behind especially the ladies, children and elderly. The bus service is only for Egyptians and Turkish people it seems who are very unruly and can get into by pushing anyone aside.
