  Very old n outdated villas with no much of amenities, but for the price it's OK.

  Moderate beach to spend the weekend and have nice scuba diving with my friends.

  Need A lot of renewals, The owner need to spend on it to be better, Bring your sleeping Blanket and headrest it's dirty, Prices is normal to High for the one room in front near the beach 300sar /Day for middile 2 rooms flat upper or lower 500sar /Day for the flat in the back 400sar /Day

  Yesterday was a very terrible experience when the guard not allowed my car to enter inside during check out, causing my 8 months pregnant wife together with my 2 year old son to walk from villa 43 near the beach to highway outside their compound. Very very disappointing! Take note! The guard came out and acting to choose a fight rather than apologizing when I told him “look my wife was pregnant and it’s not good to walk”. Very big-headed arrogant attitude! Addition: It needs renovation due to very old villa. They also need regular pest control, yesterday there was a lot of housefly maybe because all garbage pail outside each villa was full.

  Actually the prices are amazing, but the place was not clean and the rooms are not comfortable, It’s need more maintenance
