  2 stars for the restaurant, the food is not that good. The prices are ok.

  Not a 4 star hotel. Bathroom was not clean and a lot of construction in the area. Management is very friendly but reception staff can improve.

  For the price it's good. Breakfast was decent. Rooms weren't small. Non-smoking rooms were clean and smelled good. Bathrooms actually had continuous hot water which is a surprise to me since when many hotels in Riyadh don't have that luxury. If u want to save a few bucks it's a good place to go that's not far from the city center.

  It's very clean and comfortable apart hotel with very reasonable rate
