  Very neat & clean hotel. Staff is very cooperative specially Mr Masood at reception. Furniture, bedding & toiletries are v good. Just 1 min walk to Masjid Nabvi. Date market, car parking, mini market & restaurants are at 1-5 mins walking distance.Daily cleaning service is very good.Wooden floor gives very neat look, it's is good for kids who want to play with their toys on floor.

  Its one of a kind of typical hotels of medina. Reception is all time accessible. It is very close to haram's gate no 5 i.e just 2 minutes away. The only thing is it lies to the opposite side of medina oberoi hotel area which iis the happening area where u get to do shopping and other stuff

  Overall good experience. However, parking capacity very less and very narrow entry to underground parking and avoid to park big cars e.g. GMC. It has no separate parking exit making very dangerous until some guard is informed before exiting. All staff is arabic speaking but understaffed hotel. Wifi net sometimes not working. However, nice rooms and good nice cleaning when required. Overall nice experience except parking limitation.
