  Had a nice stay...the room was small...was expecting a bigger room...otherwise the room was well equipped with everything including a small round table with a chair...And the lights and curtains were connected with a digital remote...havent come across this facility in other 4star hotels in Madinah until now. The bathroom was good but after taking a shower their was water standing in the bathroom.

  Pros: check in smooth and reception staff good. Many lifts to avoide backlog of guests. In room tea coffee maker. Dessert and fruits wide range in buffet. Cons: I booked 4 bed room which is very small I realise after check in. Bathroom flooring water level not proper, bath area glass partition broken. Full board buffet is having bed smell due to various kind of meal prepared for various countries. Here many countries guest come to stay but not a single good item for Indian or Pakistani guest in buffet. Staff can't speak English well.

  This hotel is 2 minutes walking distance to Haram from the northern side. The hotel is clean, the reception staff are professional and the check in process is smoothly run. The rooms are alright, beds are clean and pillows are comfy. The lighting is a little bit dim. The bathroom is ok but the shower leaks water big time to the bathroom's floor. The hot water does not come until 4 to 5 minutes from running it. The control screen is very convenient, but not sure how uneducated elders from different countries would know how to use it. The breakfast is a continental buffet. Not too rich but cannot say that it is poor. There is a big section for food which are not usually for breakfast. There is an egg and pan cake live station. The juices are not fresh. As an overall. It is very convenient to stay here for long periods. The prices are cheaper than other hotels near haram.

  Wonderful hotel Stylish and well furnished Big family rooms and sweets The beds are very comfortable Room service was excellent The breakfast was tasty and with variable tastes. There is a free private parking. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Mr. Mohammad Yaseen a wonderful reception guy was very helpful. The laundry people and security men were very helpful.

  Everything amazing Room size to hygiene to staff service to high quality breakfast to great toiletries to towels to everything you can think off. An amazing kehva at evening served at ground floor. Just one thing I'd say was there were no tooth brushes were not provided in the hotel.
