  They are slow Non professional staff Not even smiling or welcoming Really I have bad impressions about the customer services specially the credit card office I noticed also some comments on the same topic, I hope the managers of this branch can do something I have visited this branch recently to get a debit card and after long time waiting they said the card machine is not working currently and you can go to any other branch today or other day!!!! Means no need to come to us again! That’s really rude I visited this branch many times to update my information and got credit card.. I went out with none!

  Very slow service. It’s a good bank but as a Premier client, I find employees are very slow and don’t tell you about all the requirements at once. They need to become more efficient

  This Branch has Credit Card Printing Facility, but you should have to call customer care for issuing card in this branch. Poor Service of SABB, as the Expired Card has to renew and reissue should have to reach our Office Desk or Ring Home Location not on PO Box.
