    Worst reception. Wasted more than 1 hour in waiting to get a reply that the spare part is not available as now, Will be ordered and message will be sent on your mobile. It’s more than 2 weeks and no information yet. They have to speed up the reception process. It’s too slow.

    Friendly staff but only one guy is looking for most of the customers so you have to wait a lot of time !!

    Arrogant staff! Went in for a spare part for my washer. They had the part but i had a (not so technical) technical question. The service center front desk referred me to a guy inside, whose name escapes me. I went in and i saw a small office where the front desk employee had told me where he'd be. Sitting in it was a Saudi guy whose name was on the desk, clearly displayed, which is the same name i was looking for. Knocked on the glass door, peeked in and asked "Hi! Are you the technician?". He looks at me dead in the eye and in the most arrogant and pompous way imaginable, he says to me "do i look like a technician to you?" I was socked! It's like i insulated him! How dare i call him a technician? That is profoundly beneath him. He, ladies and gentlemen, is no measly peasant of a technician. He is an "engineer". Pfft! The guy i was looking for was one office down.

    I needed a board of washing machine so i brought a old board with me. They took a required spare part number from old board and my phone number then asked me to come next day but no sms came for booking of spare part . Next they i visited again and found my part ready.

    Staff very lazy...after more than one and half hours waiting, didn't get my part.it was just light lamp of microwave oven ,,I am sure it is the same for many models but because lack of experience of front office guy he said must do request for it and it will take at least 2 weeks
