  Customer service is non existent. Phoning to inquire about anything is useless. It is strange that for years they haven't thought of improving their service considering the brand they're representing.

  Only one staff to welcome all requests for spares. This is not enough. Long queue waiting... Most of spares are not available and need two weeks to be ordered Let's see if we received an sms of readiness of the spares ordered
