  Insects in the rooms, no phone signals of any network in backside rooms. 1star only. far from Haram, more than 2km to walk to the starting point of Tawaf. On the high altitude, not suitable for elders or even adults. Charged 300SR for 1 room of 3 bed in Ramadan, 2018 - too costly. Bathrooms too small.

  Don’t get fooled if someone say its near Haram. Its more than 1200m, like 1.3 KM. Too far if you have aged parents who can’t walk well. I really don’t recommend this, it was out first time Umrah, and we have been fooled. My mother can’t walk well everyday, we have to pay 10 riyal to taxi and get the half way to Haram, then walk on foot to Haram again. Rooms are not clean, like insects in the room. bathrooms are not much clean either, well the worker here who cleans room and change bedsheets, he’s a good bengali person. Get this hotel only if you can walk too much to get to haram easily..

  the place is cleanbut dont get fooled by "you can see haram from window "because the hotel is actually far from haram .. service is good but rooms are conjusted ..

  clean rooms , vacuum leaning daily, pakistanistyle restaurant also inside hotel. Close to haram. Not far away.

  There is no wifi in the rooms. There is a peculiar smell in the corridors and rooms. Guests have to submit the room key before leaving the hotel. There is no proper management for room keys. All the room keys are on the desk at reception and anyone can take any key they want. The toilets are small and there is no viper. There were a lot of flies in the hotel. Hotel management is rude and doesn't take care of the guests. There is soap and shampoo in the hotel and a restaurant on 10th floor which serves good Pakistani food although the roti is not fresh.
