::The worest medical service provider i ever seen . Worest phone appointment . Worest adminestration system . And ofcourse the worest ever front offices staff who are dealing with patints with sub-zero nerves and sure they are careless.

::I have experienced this hospital for several years. Recently, I visited the hospital and downstairs at the X-ray section there is a waiting room. Interestingly, there is no name plate for this room to determine which gender can use it. An African man with his wife came and set together in this waiting room while a Saudi woman was setting already there. Here is the action, one of the nurses in nurse station came to the man and she was screaming at him by saying get out of the room because this is for women. Then she went back to her desk for a half minute. She came back to him again by saying the same thing. The man was shocked! He might visit Saudi Arabia for the first time and he might not know the culture of Saudi people, so make an excuse for him could be useful to respectfully talk to him and tell him, for example, we are sorry that we forgot to put a name plate of this waiting room which is for women or would you please wait in a men waiting room because this is for women. Good communication makes loyal customers for a long time. Employees in a place like a hospital should be aware of cultural diversity because different people from different cultures without good skills in communication would damage the reputation and the image of the org.

::The doctored and their assistance’s are very lovely but God forbid you have to come across the reception and/or try to make an appointment from them. Highly rude staff. Out of 10 I’d say 2 staff are lovely. Also your app and self service very pathetic doesn’t let me book an appointment.

::Terrible. Medicine not available. After waiting two weeks, they offered 1/3 of the needs. Phones. Phones are set for private callers and not customers. 5 days and more than 8 times trying to reach the reservation or MRI but now one replies even after leaving my phone number to call back but no one calls. Even tried via the phone operators. The result did not change. Is this a respected hospital!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

::Terrible hospital with terrible service. No urgency, they have no idea how to process approvals for health insurance. Staff were cleaning there earphones while working. This is another one of those typical hospitals which have a "great reputation" because of the name possibly or how the service was when they first operated and now it's a joke.
