  Slow service. Low quality customer care. Packages always in bad condition. I hope they can improve.

  So far service is good only they don't available bills for money change, am hope my letter will arrive at time with no delay its a registered mail.

  Sometimes they don't have enough stamps or try to tell you that you can't mail something. But if you insist, you can send letters (4SR), postcards (3SR), and packages. Make sure you watch them stamp your letters with the ink stamper; sometimes they'll stamp one or two items of your pile and put them aside (and they may be eventually sent or not). I give them 3 stars because most of the mail reaches it's destination, which is pretty good for here.

  Why do yo have telephones if you don't use it. when some one calls you and the automatic answer machine you don't answer
