  Products are good but service is not good. I guess shell company is more to be blamed as there is only one guy there and he is over loaded which results in poor service. No vacuum done and guy was in a hurry. Initially he was not able to open filter casing saying it's too tight and I don't have proper tools. Would suggest to check some other service station
