  Very unfortunate to see products of a great premium brand like Sony handled by unprofessional unresponsive uncarig staff. I went to buy a new phone and flip cover, there was another customer in the showroom and the only 2 sales people were just chatting with each other as if we were invisible... I told the salesman which phone I wanted and you can clearly see he was bummed that I interrupted his debate, he threw a phone and cover at me without putting 2 words together. Disgusting.

  But the service is very bad... no one can speak English and staff is not non cooperative.
