  No soya milk, no apology from staff, very unfriendly and even said that none of the starbucks in the City have soya milk. Next starbucks we went to had some!

  I really don’t know why this Starbucks in particular not so much fun and nice to have a cup of coffee. Maybe the way of organized the tables and chairs! Maybe the location by itself for example I really like to go to Starbucks in Valley center the view and the atmosphere there is so much better than this on.

  I have a good experience with Starbucks in Britain and I am a permanent customer but the service here is not good. an order might take over 10 minutes. the taste is not as good as the taste in Starbucks in the UK.

  جميل ان نجد ستاربكس في الطائف ... تاخر فتح فروع في عروس المصايف . المدينة مزدحمة بالزوار من الرياض وجدة ومختلف مناطق المملكة ومن الصعب المرور او البقاء في الطائف بدون قهوة ستاربكس خاصة مع الصباح . كانت في السنوات السابقة تجد صعوبة لدخول مول برج الطائف لان لفرع الوحيد في المدينة لستاربكس كان هناك. نتمنى سرعة فتح باقي الفروع التي تحت الانشاء في شهار وطريق وادي وج. اعجبني ان جميع العاملين سعوديين باستثاء مديرهم قديم بالشركة كان في مكة وبعدين نقل الطائف . ياشباب يا سعودي شدو حيلكم وطلعوا الطلبات بسرعه . وابتسموا للعملاء لانه اهم شيى يميز ستاربكس في العالم اخلاق موظفيه . بالتوفيق
