  Worst customer service in the whole STC in KSA i’ve ever encountered, government office services are more efficient than these private companies. They paint a very bad reputation to their company, it took more than 5 hrs and multiple breaks from these lazy CSAs, to cater 30 on que clients. STC management you need to look into how you deal with the people you serve, very unlikely and shameful compared to Saudi customs and traditions, how can you hire these jokes?

  It's depend what time u visit the store, mornings are good, afternoons are perfect. DO NOT come after 4, seriously. U gonna hate ur self and probably gonna ruin the rest of ur day. افضل وقت لتخليص امورك، الصباح وبعد الظهر. نصيحه لاتروح بعد الساعه ٤.
