  Waiting time in Obstetrics and gynecology Radiology is too long to be tolerated. 2 hours just for ultrasound and this is not the first time. The appointments with doctors are perfect however the radiology experience is very bad.

  They have good customer experience as in app and surveys but they need to work on their receptionists attitudes! They are insensitive and don’t have initiatives to serve customers as they walk in. I have to ask which one will help me as they are chatting or having snacks or that lady who was moisturizing her hands and we had to wait till she finishes.
