  Good hotel close to harram, if you have no any problem then you are lucky and will enjoy the stay but if you have any problem then the hotel service is not good. I visited with my family having kids and fridge of the room was not working they changed it but after 5 days and we called taxi for airport drop and no body helped to bring the taxi in parking area. We informed taxi number to security and they were not able to do it fast then we called taxi driver on main road and we walked by feet and we lost about one hour just to get inside the taxi.

  Excellent hotel, best location, one entrance inside Makkah Tower Mall (Bait Al-Baraj) - right in front of King Abdul Aziz Gate. Rooms are nice. Vast breakfast menu. Interiors are superb.

  Good spacious clean room with safe. Holy Kaba view room also available. Good fast lifts. Good breakfast buffet but no Pakistani or Indian items. Overall good and courteous staff.

  Had a beautiful experience at this hotel in this beautiful city! This is such a great distance from the Great Mosque and my family is so grateful to have received such amazing and kind service from the staff. The hotel is so clean, breakfast is amazing in Khairat Hotel (they have hundreds of different kinds of foods). Staff is always kind and ready to assist in making your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much, I definitely recommend Swissotel in Makkah you will not be disappointed! Will tell everyone back home about our beautiful experience here! Bless all of you amazing people that helped us... Just read the review about the lack of First Aid and help in medical-related situations though, please address that issue to prevent situations like that from happening again.

  Awesome Hotel with very good service. Specially the breakfast. It's remarkably good. The best part of my stay. Room is good and room service is also up to the mark. Only want to say about the elevator service as there are so many elevators available and each one is directed to different floors. So, some confusion raised initially. All in all, I must say it was a nice experience.
