  ‏للأسف موقع مركز الصيانة صعب الوصول إليه ويحتاج الى جهد في البحث عن الموقع ، كذلك وقوعه بعيدا في أقصى جنوب مدينة الرياض. قلة عدد موظفي الاستقبال و خدمة العملاء فقط موظف واحد لاستقبال العملاء لاستلام اجهزتهم وكذلك هناك موظف واحد فقط لاستقبال الأجهزة والمعدات التي تحتاج الى صيانة.

  Get to the place was a difficult since there was alot of road work going on. If you didn't use your GPS you would definitely get lost. it was very far from the city. I have ordered some parts they said it will come in 4 days and they will text me. Its sad that it far from the city and difficult to go there with the traffic. Maybe if there was a way to call and check if the part are available before going there or order it online and pick up from there it would make life easier from the customers. Lets see in 4 days if they call or text if my parts arrived. Now after more than a week they text me I went there to pick up what i ordered. Only 1 part came and i have ordered 4 items so for every Item i have to keep coming back that to it cost me 70 SR for a bearing come on that a rip off. its more expensive than buying in others shops. the worst part they are not open on weekend or even on Saturday and their timing is during office hours. Samsung is a brand that you buy then throw away when it breaks down. Bad after sales service and sales. Don't but Samsung home appliance. they dont last long and that too they are extremely hard to service them.

  Location is so fare away very bad location ! Services is acceptable
