  الموقع قديم وسيء وكئيب.. وعدم توفر مواقف للمراجعين ودائما مزحوم والخدمة فيها بطيئة .. أتمنى من تغير موقع المرور الى مكان أوسع وارقى ويوفر كل مايحتاجه المراجع

  لا توجد مواقف للمراجعين ينبغى استغلال الارض البيضاء امام المرور وجعلها للمراجعين وتنظيم المواقف

  This place is a hell hole, no one knows English here. So you cannot communicate and don't know where to go and what to do. Secondly I had an accident and they filed a report and told me to come back with invoices the next day 'bukra' from workshop (the cost to repair damage) to proceed with insurance. Next day I went back with all my invoices and he was not there, I looked everywhere and later found out that the man handling my case had not turned up and would only return after two days. Two days later I return and he does all the formalities and tells me to come the next day 'bukra' as the second party had not yet come. I went again the next day. The man this time was searching for the report everywhere frantically but guess what, he could not find the report and told me again to come back the next day 'bukra'. I told I cannot come here like this everyday I have job to do. He promised me that tomorrow surely he will sort everything out. So again I go the Next day and now he is not looking at me. Then he looks at me and says that I am leaving tomorrow and someone will replace me and he will do your work surely. So now 6 days have gone by and nothing has been done yet. On the 7th day I went again but this time with reference, I found a person through my senior at work who use to work in Maroor and this person knew someone at Maroor who would help. Anyways this person asked me to meet a specific person at Maroor and that he would help. So on the 7th day I go to this person and he communicates with the first officer I was dealing with and makes him do the work. The officer quickly found the missing documents and did all the necessary formalities finally. So if you have reference then good luck, if not then it might take a month. If you are financially sound and could afford the repair easily then don't even mind going to this place. It is not worth the hassle, if I knew what I would go through in the beginning then I might have not started with this process. And by the way this is not the end of all formalities after this place the insurance ask me to go to another place 'Sheekh Car Exhibition Office'. This is another mini hell hole. No wonder people don't fix their cars here.
