::Visit was a great disappointment compared to name and location of the mall. Parking is big problem. If you park in basement then you need to struggle to reach back as most of lifts are not going to basement. Inside the mall you will find sone of brands shops but the staff is not cooperative. Prices are too high. Food court on 2nd floor is very poor with unorganized atmosphere. The mall to be visited only in case of emergency requirements or a high value discount offer from any brand.

::Small mall with most brands as in the other big malls i.e red sea or Arab. It's easy to roam around if you're with kids as you can leave the kids in playing area for just 20 riyal for 2 hours and they can a have a blast while you shop around

::It looks pretty old and needs maintenance. The staff inside are not very friendly (excluding the shops). The design of the mall makes it hard for you to walk around, limiting access to get from one side to the other. You will find high end shops and very low end shops at the same time, which is not consistent to the aesthetics of the mall. Extremely difficult to find parking spots and a lot of people park and stay in the car just to reserve the spot. This could probably be fixed with more efficient security personnel.

::It is a good mall. It took me a while to find the immigration office (Jawazat) but eventually I found it. It's located on the last floor up by the food court. It's also not too crowded when you want to go shopping.
