    A bit dated but functional. Used for Air France departure and everything went very quickly and smoothly.

    The service has improved a lot since 2014 (back then it was atrocious with low class service and standard similar to those who've had no education or discipline in life) and the airport staff are more friendly and professional (they still need to improve more to standards of leading nations). However, I gave 1 star because today I met a very rude and bad mannered airport staff at the security gate. He wasn't able to speak in English and he was trying to say something and not letting us pass. I was calm and explained I don't speak Arabic. I was with my elderly parents. He was rude. He raised his voice and pointed towards the exit door and kept shouting "roo" and "go". His behaviour was like a dog. Barking with no meaning. Later another staff came over and assisted us in a polite and professional manner. Even after that gentleman explained things the first man came back and shouted "go" again a few times. Not knowing Arabic properly is challenging, but with a country that is rich in oil and with dreams of a 2030 Vision, knowing some English in an International Airport is a MUST. Also having good manners, being polite and professional is all part of good customer service. All developed and leading nations have customer service as the forefront of all their businesses within the service sector. Shame on this man, just when things were improving he just proved that there is still a very long way to go.
