  My appointment it 10:40 am then the reception tell me to wait I’ll be in 11:40 11:50 how crazy is that not respecting appointments!!!

  The clinic is simply un professional and they know nothing about customer service. Very expensive and they don't care if you have VIP insurance or not they stI'll will charge you money for no reason. If is not for Dr. Mokhles Alam, I would never go to this place. Please reorganize and focus on your customers "patients"

  Terrible reception, nearly all the staff are unfriendly and borderline rude. Toilets are unsanitary and dirty. Cafeteria is overly expensive (ex: Hada bottle of water SR 4) with broken seats. If it wasn't for Dr. Mazen Bishara we certainly wouldn't be going here.

  My son had to take the vaccine using the insurance & they charge me 200 Sr for the check because there is only 1 doctor who accept insurance and her shift is over and the other doctors require charges for the checks .. this is how they earn money even if you have insurance ...also doctor says your child may have a hole in his heart .. i did not believe him and i will check with other doctors.

  The worst reception. The clinic management think quality can be justified by the fancy building itself and decoration. Had a friend working as a dentist there and quit very fast. Tells you a lot about this place. If you can, avoid it. And do not bother calling for booking as they hardly answer and if they do, they are all rude. Waste of money and a lot of waste of time.
