  They should open at 6 am much better than 10 then close like 11 pm or 12 midnight

  Gym with lot of equipments and good mentors. Also you get motivated by seeing the good built people over there

  The has a a complete equipment for working out. It has a swimming members can use. Sauna. Massage are good for people with aching muscles after working out and for relaxation. A billiard pool can also be found at the 2nd floor of the building that members can use while letting the time to pass by or enjoying company with friends. A only drawback of the gym is that it needs more parking space for theier members because spmetime it's very difficult to find a parking space around the area.

  Its a good place to workout ... but there should be some proffesional trainers. only they have a guy name (Ismail) he is very good.. rest all are busy on their own .

  Trainers does not really care, Over Crowded in evening, Facility of Boxing - No Trainer Ping Pong - only one Table Billiards - Just for show, no cues, tables not maintained/serviced. Aerobics is very good swimming pool well maintained. Gym is good, but commercial rather than maintaining quality service. Wish the best for future.
