  The hotel place is away from everything, rooms are clear and classy and the staff is helpful but it has 2 main issues: the room is not designed to be quite as you hear everything that happens in the outside corridor and the major issue is the hotel management which is one of the worst management I have ever dealt with. They cancelled the reservation of a whole team after reservation confirmation and 48 hours before the team arrival knowing that we had an official agreement with the hotel for 15 months. After trying to communicate with the management 4 times and accepting their new terms twice they refused to continue the deal without showing any reasons and asked everyone to leave the hotel the next morning!!!
