  Now i know why there is a lot of negative reviews here, i experience it myself. I thought they will assist me in getting a schengen visa. The fee that i pay for them is not worth it because you still have to do it on your own. The staff there does not even know how to fill up properly the visa form and they dont even know whats the difference of single and multiple entry. Although the staff are polite their supervisor is arrogant, very rude and defensive especially when you ask him why he did not call me to inform what happen instead he choose to lie telling they where calling me since yesterday, which is not true, i did not received any calls from them ( i been anxiously waiting for my passport for 7 days via aramex bec i received a txt telling my passport has been dispatch) then they tell me im not answering my phone which is not true. If i where you just apply directly to the embassy. It is much better and you dont have to pay for their ridiculous processing fee. By the way i went to VFS in dove plaza

  Disgusting. Dey don't know how to handle rush. Very bad service. No proper arrangements. No value of time. Uneducated employees..I feel ashamed as an Nri citizen how they serve Der nationals.

  Location is opposite of gmart in batha. Indians can renew passports here. 2nd floor. Fill form and submit old passport from 9.00 am to 3pm. Come on another day to collect from 3 pm to 5 pm. You will also get an SMS when your passport is ready to collect. Please don't forget or lose the receipt they give when submitting the passport. Normally crowded so try to be early. For family passport renewal must bring your wife or kids.
