  Feels like a prison. Customer service is also like you are in a prison. Depressed people working there making everyone depressed.

  Don't go to the executive named Muhannad al koptan. He will give you the insurance for more amount. When I went to other employees, I was amazed about it.

  The service is some how good but they lack of good management and there is no numbers so you have to go to one of the offices and give him your name and wait for him to shout out it and make sure you hear it. The staff is friendly but not professional!
