  Extremely bad customer service. Only nice to white expatriates and locals. This is such a popular respected global brand, but in Riyahd the staff and management do not do justice to the global reputation of Western Union. Respect people regardless of race, creed or colour. GO TO TAHWEEL AL RAJI - MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND RESPECT FOR ALL PEOPLE.

  Very BAD customer services of Western Union, the working hours are wrong posted and also no numbers for attendance. If they are dealing with one client, two clients cannot be attended even there are two Western Union employees, why?, because the another is doing "nothing".

  Opening hours from 9:30am to 6:30pm. Ladies section service was good and fast.
