  1. Very Bad Service because the person updating the file prioritize the internal work than the customer 2. Security is hospitable and helpful 3. Manager is accomodating and resolved my issue 4. Cashier is okay

  Excellent service by everyone from the security guard, the guy helping me register as a new customer, the teller, and the branch manager. This is a stark contrast to the branch at Khalid Bin Waleed. Done and dusted all within 25 minutes. Satisfied Customer, will continue.
