The store is unique since the customer has the command as to how his ordered meal will be done.. The customer is made to choose the kind of sauce, the kind of vegetables, how it is processed or done, etc! Hence every order can really satisfy the customer to the maximum level. Further, the customers can actually look how the meal is prepared over a see-through glass with clear view of the pan where the ordered meal is being cooked. The sushi/maki are also customizable and also viewable...
