  Very bad compound the company don't refund my security deposit and don't have professional attitude

  Friendly people and stuff. But the compound contains too much concrete and too little green. And is located too far. A unique feature is that the underground parking covers the whole compound area in full (the footprint of all buildings), so you can park in shade right under your house and no need for traffic at ground level.
