::Staff is very lazy and uncooperative. Only one guys who can speak good english and hez always fully loaded. Whenever you visit keep in mind at least 1 to 2 hrs to get you job done. Very poor customer care.

::Advise especially for expatriates: Never ever buy car from Abdul Latif Jameel Toyota on installment(lease) in Saudi Arabia. Because they have totally different services and behavior before sale and after sale. Before sale customer dealer will treat you very well like a customer but after sale whenever you need anything(like new insurance, renewal of driving authorization book after every three months, or any letter about accident or authorization for travel by car out of kingdom...etc.) and you will go to the lease section they will treat you like you came for begging. Waste long time and speak like barking. Ask you to come tomorrow after tomorrow...etc. In case if you will have accident then there is very long procedure, they will claim from insurance and repair your car in their workshop unprofessionally so that will reduce the marketing value of your car and you need to stop your car at least two weeks for repairing. Before sale customer dealer will tell you that every term and condition(like monthly payment, last payment...etc.) can be modify on your request but after sale lease section will not modify anything and tell you, you have signed contract so you have to complete it as it is. So much so... If you need to leave Saudi or anyway want to transfer the car to another person or after finish installment period transfer to your name that is also very long procedure which will waste and take more than two weeks. What I have write I can swear this is my personal experience and I have seen the same problems with others. So I advise to buy from bank perhaps their interest rate is a little high but their staff is well educated and trained for customer care. Hereby in review almost five stars and comments provided by their staff not by the customers. According to their service they are not able to get even one star. So please beware and do not buy car on installment(lease) from Abdul Latif Jameel. But by cash is good option to buy Toyota.
