  One of the prominent Commercial Building at Airport Road, Madinah. Five minutes drive from Al Haram. This multistory building is a commercial building. Ground floor is full of showrooms / shops. There are few Rent A Car offices and Zain outlet as well. The entrance of the building is at the middle of the building. There is a small exit at the rear side also. There are two elevators. Also at the rear side there is a shaded parking also. There are many offices including thyssenkrupp Elevator Saudi Arabia LTD (4th floor), Al Borj Lab (1st floor), KONE Elevators (1st floor), etc. There were many offices before including Zain, etc. But they have moved out for unknown reasons.
