  They said they will deliver at 11 am. I waited till 1:30pm. I tried calling the help centre but no help was provided. Waisted my time a big deal. When they responded they said we will call you back in one hour. I'm still waiting. Poor service from a big company

  Great furniture and accessories, products are in a good quality compared to prices. You can find everything you need for your house in this place, they’ve got the best tableware and tea set.

  Poor customer service, not enough staff to support customers, overpriced items, and in one instance they charged the card of the lady in front of me twice, and they did the same for me (I had to wait days for a refund). Unacceptable.

  Elegant place but somehow its more expensive than Ikea. Its luxury furnished

  Excellent products and selling team. Price is relatively higher than market. I hope they don't implement the new shop design like khobar. It is very tight and no freedom to move easily between sections.
