  لا يلتزم بالمواعيد آلية الاستقبال جدا ضعيفة زرنا العيادة مرتين مرة لم نستفد شيء والمرة الثانية جأنا على الموعد والطبيبة كانت مشغوله بحاله اخرى وانتظرنا ساعة ولم ندخل على الطبيبة من مكة الى جده ودون اي جدوى

  Disgusting reception, I called and the girl who answered imitated my voice and made fun of me and laughed a little as if it's a high school and she is being mean to me for no reason, I told her why she was talking like that, she kept making her voice as if she is making fun of me and where I'm from. Before that I was also so angry that they didn't register my number in even though I told them many times, they kept calling my parents instead of me and sending them messages which was so annoying. Being treated with disrespect for no reason and I'm A Patient! imagine that. But overall some of the therapists are good and know what they are doing.
