  “Hello Apparently those are SCAM ratings by a competitor. As you can tell from names that this is a group of the same community and comments are made at the same time using almost same wording. If you believe it is not SCAM, kindly let us know who you are so we can assist you better. At Aflak we believe that the “Customer is Always Right”, so kindly give us the chance to serve you better, rather than shooting in the dark, we would highly appreciate it".
