  I am a company nurse of SISCO. I accompany patient due to his cyst @ right axillary area. Dr. Wagdy examined him and scheduled him for sebaceous cyst incision plus biopsy and histopathology. AXA approved the biopsy but for histopathology the approved amount was lesser than the actual cost of requested lab work. Thursday Feb 02,2017 was the date of procedure and as per agrement with the patient, he refused to do the histopathology and signed the refusal form for histopathology. Oneweek later we just found out that even the biopsy was cancelled bec according to the nurse the patient refused biopsy. The hospital has taken the amount of Incision plus biopsy procedure yet they only do the incision. The nurse as well told me that removing the cyst is called BIOPSY. Really? Is incision and biopsy the same?
