  Worst customer service. There is no cleaning of rooms. The room phone doesn't work. You have to go to reception and give the complain about room cleaning. After lot of complain they talk to you rudely. The person who is in the reception is arrogant and rude. They need to learn how to talk to a customer. The Pakistani staff at reception are the worst people whom I have ever met. They don't care about customers.

  Location is good. Service is so so. We taken 5 bed room which was very small.

  The service was very poor, in 4 days the room service came 1 time and didn't do there job. No hot water. No electrical sockets in room, only for Frigidaire. But is close the haram

  The location id perfect for Haram visitors, but the service is below 1 star. The restaurant is a shame as well. Overall quality is alright, just don't expect any service whatsoever.
