  They redirected us to another hotel and it wasn't the hotel we choose, purely because they had no space. I had a reservation and I had paid and for them to change my hotel choice is very wrong I received a very bad service and I am shocked. I would this hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating. The service was poor and I hope nobody else comes here. How they decide to redirect me after my 5 hour journey at 1 am I do not understand, I am very upset about this.

  Location is excellent. Outlook quite good. Overall cleaning conditions very good. Rooms are comfortable. Food is however not good. Staff also generally highly discourteous and useless.

  Best best best best best hotel for staying in madinah. I stayed here for 5 days. Really good location like 1 or 2 minute walk maximum.. opens at gate 5 of masjid e nabawi. Extremely cooperative management. Quite annoyed by room service guys because they were interfering in everything. But the management and reception service loved so much their service and their special care for elderly visitors.
