  I'm shallow when it comes to the way you interact with customers (brusque attitude is a turn off honey), hence the 2 star review. Apart from that it's a decent enough hotel. The number and size of the elevators could be increased though. Peace out!

  Good hotel. Conditions not cold although we set it to 16 degrees! Keep at 23 degrees. Door locks not open all the time, each 5 10 times it will open door once. Decent bathroom.

  Yes the location was good for ladies entrance to the Mosque. We had a 2 bedroom apartment booked. But unable to get proper sleep due to noise by machine outside our window. The hotel is very dated and not cared for. The bedding smells of urine asked the house keeper to change but he said they don't have any. Had to pay for bottle water. Would not recommend this Hotel.

  Staff at reception un-able to communicate in English except check in and check out. No tea coffee facilities in rooms and rooms are very compact. Lifts are very busy and few, very small lifts. Breakfast very poor with little choice, some days you get English tea and other times you have to threat them with complaint and they bring you a tea bag. Toilets next to restaurant must not be used as in very poor state with no toilet paper. Housekeeping very poor overall, towels aren't changed every day. Faulty iron provided but no iron stand. No bottled water provided or drinking glasses. I will not rate this hotel at all, only positive point is proximity to Prophet's mosque as it's close to gate number 15.

  Great hotel which is welcoming their guests in heart of Medina. Very close to women entrance gate 15. Nice location. Cleaning hospitality all is great. Family suite are fantastic. Car parking is free of charge. Closer to restaurants.
