  قديم نوعا ما اسعاره معقوله يتميز بقربه من وزارة العدل وبعض الجهات الحكوميه يوجد مطاعم وخدمات بالقرب منه

  عند وصولنا عند الساعة ٦:٣٠ م لم يكن السكن جاهز، انتظرنا اكثر من نصف ساعه، مكان الاستقبال جميل ومرتب لكن واقع الشقق في الاعلى سيء جدا والتجهيزات غير مكتملة.

  It's a pleasant stay.. nd room service s excellent.. anything u need jus away from a cal.. by the d time u hung up.. door bell rings.. near to mall, panda, abdullah park, hospitals.. Very convienent')")

  حلوة الشقق لكن الوصول للبرج صعب مع التحويلات . فيه مسبح ونادي و تحته بقاله و فوال .. نظيف و تعاملهم حلو ..مدخله فخم .ممراته واسعه .. لكن مصعده صغير جدا يالله يكفي 4 اشخاص.. 6 اذا تراصصو .

  I will start with the cons. Small rooms. Washing machines have to be fitted in bathroom which is already small and becomes even more congested due to the machine. Cleaning staff sometimes take over a day or two to respond. Pros-outnumber the cons by many a number. Fantastic wifi. Speeds are very good. Location is awesome. There are 2 supermarkets, one pharmacy, one Dr. CAFE coffee shop and one arabic fast food centre in the same building as the hotel itself. You can get everything for your daily needs at your fingertips. There is an Atm just across the street. There are some big restaurants within 2 to 3 kms of the hotel-Khana Khazana, Tamarind, Peshawar. Lulu hypermarket, Riyadh Avenue isn't too far. Uber takes 8 Sar from here to Lulu. King Abdullah Park, Riyadh zoo and National musuem are close by too. Free fitness centre. Swimming pool available on a seasonal basis.
