  Place is nice but cleaning service is not very much. And the hotal staff can open your room with or without you in it witch is not good at all ..

  Rooms are good. Bathrooms are better but without bathing tub. Lifts are enough to find one available for 30 floor building. Transportation is not adequate enough specially during prayer time to pick the pilgrims comfortably. People have to rush and fight for the seat. Transportation can be made better.

  Good hotel and service. Kind receptionist. Free wifi and washing machine. I have been staying there for 2 weeks and satisfied. (the pilgrims of Indonesia)

  Room service is low, good with respect to conditions of room, AC is good, rooms and washrooms are tidy. Low options of Pakistani food around. Shettles are crowded in peak hours, drops at least 500-600m away from Haram and have to cross a bridge there.

  Spent 8 nights there very poor cleanliness , very small wash room , bed sheets and blankets condition was very poor never changed during our stay. Very less number of shuttles and they drop midway while other hotels shuttles drop near Harram. will never like to visit this property again.
